Abstract:
This dataset is generated from two composite infrared absorption cross section spectra of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) in air at the temperature 296.05(2) and the total pressures 225.53(39) and 745.66(80) Torr in the range of 570–1780 cm-1. Every spectrum was split into 8 regions, containing an isolated absorption feature. This makes 16 *.dat files altogether.

Each file contains three columns: 1. Wavenumber of the incoming radiation (in cm-1); 2. Absorption cross section (in cm^2/molecule); 3. Expanded uncertainty (in cm^2/molecule).
