The files 'Approximation_G(n)_Sr.dat' and 'Approximation_G(n)_Yb.dat' contain data shown in Fig. 1 of the manuscript. The columns give
- the order n up to which the approximative solution Eq. 4 of the manuscript has been calculated
- the approximative solution G_n(y) for y = 18.4 and 34.5 corresponding to T = 300 K and the energetically lowest transitions ³P0-³D1 in strontium and ytterbium, respectively
- the fractional deviation of G_n(y) from the full integral

The file 'levelshift.dat' gives the shift of the strontium clock states due to the electric dipole interaction with electromagnetic radiation. The data is for illustration only. The columns give
