Zusammenfassung: This data set is the basis for the publication "DC measurement of the dressed states in a coupled 100 GHz resonator system using single quasiparticle transistor as a sensitive microwave detector".
It contains the following data:

Lotkhov_APL19_fig_2a.dat contains a 2D matrix with autonomous signal current values I_sset as function of bias and normalized gate voltages. The measurement was done on a test sample without qubit with deviating parameters

Lotkhov_APL19_fig_2b.dat contains a 2D matrix with signal current values I_sset as function of bias and normalized gate voltages. The measurement was done on the same test sample as in (a) under strong irradiation from a Josephson source on the same chip.

Lotkhov_APL19_fig_2c.dat contains a 2D matrix with signal current values I_sset as function of Josephson voltage and normalized gate charge for a bias voltage fixed at the most sensitive point. The measurement was done on the same test sample as in (a) under strong irradiation from a Josephson source on the same chip.

Lotkhov_APL19_fig_3a.dat contains a 2D matrix with signal current values as function of Josephson radiation frequency and the magnetic field applied to the sample at the normal incidence. The measurement was done on the full working sample including transmon qubit.

All data was recorded using LabView-based custom-made measurement processor Modulab with a numerical accuracy of 16 byte float.
The measuremnt was done in the dilution fridge Kelvinox AST MInisorb at T = 15mK.

The data were acquired within the Joint Research Project "17FUN10 Parawave" at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt Braunschweig. The project has received funding from the EMPIR programme, which is co-financed by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, and form the EMPIR Participating States
