Abstract: This Good Practice Guide refers to integral quantities, such as the total flux of a light source or the sensor responsivity, the spectral mismatch or also colour coordinates and the like, which are calculated by integrating individual spectral measured quantity, such as spectral irradiance of a light source, over a range of wavelengths. The radiometric or photometric spectral values may be correlated between each other at different wavelengths. The correlation affects the combined uncertainty of the integral quantities when the spectral values are integrated. This guide covers the determination of measurement uncertainties for integral quantities, regarding the spectral correlations. Methods according classical GUM and using Monte-Carlo-Method for scalar and multivariate output quantities are explained.
