| Zusammenfassung: | The NanoWorkshop 2018 “Workshop on Reference Nanomaterials - Current situation and needs: development, measurement, standardization” was jointly organized by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) and the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM) on May 14 & 15 2018 in Berlin-Adlershof at BESSY II to present and discuss the state-of-the-art in the area of reference nanomaterials and to analyze the need for new or improved reference materials, measurement methods and international standards. The main focus of the first day was on reference material needs and development, while the second day concentrated on reference material characterization and standardization. Overall 111 participants from 13 countries and the European Joint Research Centre attended the workshop which was organized on two half days with 16 oral presentations and 42 poster presentations grouped in 2 sessions and 10 topical areas. The report F-61 contains the workshop program, the abstracts of all contributions, the presentation slides and the posters as well as a summary of the observations and the conclusions of the workshop. |
