This data set is the basis for the publication "Measurement uncertainty analysis of a measurement flexure hinge in a torque standard machine", submitted to Journal of Sensors ans Sensor Systems.
It contains the following data:

Geva_JSSS21_Fig07.txt contains data extracted from FE simulations needed to calculate the stiffness.

Geva_JSSS21_Fig08+09.txt contains dataset extracted from FE simulations needed to calculate the bending moment deviation and the impact on force measurement.

Geva_JSSS21_Fig10+11.txt contains the deformation analysis extracted from FE simulations of force and torque measurements in the torque standard machine.
