The files labeled "411_scan_*.txt" contain data for the spectroscopic interrogation of a single Yb+ ion using light at 411nm to excite the S_1/2 to D_5/2 quadrupole transition. Within the measurements the frequency of the excitation beam was scanned using a double pass acouto optical modulator.

The columns of the files show the UTC time in seconds, the time passed since the start of the experiment in seconds, the frequency of the tuning AOM in MHz, the probability of detecting a non-excited ion in a given region of interest of the camera image, the number of valid experiments. The last column is irrelevant for the measurements.

The data was used to determine the magnetic field shifts at the ion position due to the movement of the elevator within the building and the door of the laboratory.

File numbers 42, 46, 48, 44 contain spectrscopic data for four different scenarios where the active magnetic field stabilisation of the experiment was switched off. File numbers 55, 51, 50, 54 contain spectroscopic data for the same scenarios but with active magnetic field stabilisation switched on.

The four scenarios are elevator in 0th floor, -1st floor, 1st floor, 0th floor + open lab door, respectively.
