The files labeled "411_scan_Delay*.txt" contain data for the spectroscopic interrogation of a single Yb+ ion using light at 411nm to excite the S_1/2 to D_5/2 quadrupole transition. Within the measurements the frequency of the excitation beam was scanned using a double pass acouto optical modulator. Also a delay time between the line trigger of the experiment and the spectroscopy pulse was scanned.

The columns of the files show the UTC time in seconds, the time passed since the start of the experiment in seconds, the frequency of the tuning AOM in MHz, the probability of detecting a non-excited ion in a given region of interest of the camera image, the number of valid experiments. A photodiode voltage to monitor the 411nm laser power in V, the delay time after the line trigger in ms.

The data was used to determine the magnetic field shifts at the ion position due to periodic distortions at 50Hz and harmonics due to the AC mains with (file 14) and without (file 15) stabilization of the magnetic fields (Fig. 4 in the supplemental material of the manuscript).
