This Dataset is the basis for the publication "Dynamic characterization of multi-component sensors for force and moment" accepted for publication in "Journal of Sensors and Sensor Systems. 
It contains the following data:

Subfolder "ExpAnalysisSetUp" contains the data used for evaluating the dynamic setup and the installed photogrammetric system. 
The file "Scan_time.asc" contains the data of the laser scanning vibrometer and Camera trigger signal. Subfolder "DIC_results" contains the evaluated data of DIC algorithms and of rigid body transformation.

Subfolder "ParamIdent" contains the data of the laser scanning vibrometer, main axis of the force sensor and camera trigger signal for x, y and z axis with masses m1 and m2 used for parameter identification.

Single files are filled as followed:

Scan_time.asc: Ascii encoded text file produced from laser vibrometer software. 
Line 19ff: x, y, z coordinates of the scan point defined for vibrometer measurement
Line 29 / 44: data of acquisition (number of samples, sampling interval)
Data block 1 (laser vibrometer data in m/2^2)
Data block 2 (Line 87419 / 43956) acceleration reference at shaker surface (z-axis) / camera trigger reference (x-/y-axis) / force signal F_x (ExpAnalysisSetUp)
Data block 3 (Line 174815 / 87879)  force  signal F_x, F_y, F_z (x-/y-/z-axis)/ camera trigger reference (ExpAnalysisSetup)
each data block contains n datasets where n represents the number of scan points defined in line 19ff

result_A*.txt: Result of the DIC algorithm for image * on the load mass
column 1/2: x/y ID of the facett in the image
column 3 to 5: error-code from DIC-Algorithm (3 -> no error)
column 6 to 8: x-,y-,z-coordinates of facette x/y in image 0
column 9 to 11: x-,y-,z-coordinates of facette x/y in image *

result_B*.txt: Result of the DIC algorithm for image * on the shaker surface


Angle_Tran_result.tsv: result of the rigid body transformation
column 1: ID of the transformation image (* - 2)
